It was my first time in the store. They had a wide range of wigs i could choose from. I looked at one in particular with mixed colors, just what I wanted. I did not look at the wig right away once I got home. But I should have. I finally looked at the wig when I tried to put some curls in it. It did not hold a curl when I tried to use the curling iron, and it did hold a curl when I rolled it up with gel and hard rollers. I noticed how little hair was on each track and how it was no way human hair. I have thrown the receipt away, and looking at these reviews, I will not get a warm welcome if i go back to the store. Rude and argue that something was wrong with my card and that it was bad. I told him no I had just used it. He snatched out my hand and I pressed the cancel button he got mad. I left and told him he was rude. I looked at my credit card and guess what it went through. I will be disputing the charge. My daughter witnessed his rudeness, I have never felt so much hurt and anger. So no, leave this place alone. He ran my card three times. Customer service is not their aim

Sorely disappointed. I’ve been shopping here for a year and a half. Over the past three visits I’ve noticed a shift in how I’ve been treated. The same women who has checked me out over 10 plus time over the course of a year and a half is always walking back and forth and looking at me while trying to act as if she is not. I told her after cashing out that she could keep the free items she wanted to place in my bag. I also expressed that she made me very uncomfortable and I won’t be returning. I’ve spent so much money here and I’m happy to not return. I asked her if she recognized me and she said yes. I’ve seen her husband and daughter so many times here. I wish I could give 0 stars! If you’re African American, please find a black owned beauty supply store to shop with, it’s a few in the area. I bought 2 packs of human curly hair to add to my knotless braids. My stylist refused to use the hair because it was horrible. I called the store and explained this to the lady and she advised me I could get store credit. When I got there she said no because one pack of the hair was opened… mind you I had already explained to her over the phone one pack was open. We had a conversation and she said she would give me $30 store credit, I agreed.
