SUMMER'S HAIR BRAIDING

They made time for me to come in really early despite it being a quiet last minute appointment. I also have really thick hair, and they did a really nice job! Though their braiding is a little bit on the tight side, I’m used it to and I loved how neat it came out because of that

I went here two separate times. My hair came out nice both times. I liked this place for the flexible hours, a private suite, they don't use globs of gel, they don't braid too tight, and they don't blow dry the hair excessively. My second appointment the braider was 30 minutes late but things happen, I understand. My first appointment I overpaid and the owner reached out to refund the extra money I spent. I will come here again for my next set of braids.

I had such a great experience. My daughter is 3 years old and she had so much patience and empathy. I felt so comfortable! This was my first time taking my daughter to a professional. I will definitely be back!

Service was great, and employees were very kind and considerate. My hair was done very fast and I didn't have to sit for long, it was very clean too. They took their time to explain the style I was going to do and gave me options.

Summers is my go to braiding spot for me and my daughters hair. I've gone to many shops in gaithersburg/Germantown and my girls, 8 and 10 always end up crying. I hate it for them, and this is even with me detangling and blowing out there hair. Summers braiders never seem to be in a rush to get us out the chair, hence they take their time parting and braiding, which means no tears for my girls. The styles last and we couldn't be happier.
