Summerhill Nails & Spa

My daughter and I love our nails!! They did an amazing job. The atmosphere is very calm and inviting!! They are reasonably priced and do great work!! We will be back!!

I visited the summerhill nail and spa yesterday and I won't be going back. I asked for a cute little design yesterday and I even showed them the picture. The tech looks at the picture and ask me how long do I want my nails. I show him. Which would have given me enough length to get the design. This was not my first time getting said design. The tech had shaven my nails down so much I could have literally used my real nails instead of him cutting them. Then at the very last minute he says he can't do the design because my nails are too short. I'm looking at him crazy because sir you just shaved these nails down to kiddie nails. Needles to say I paid them their 60$ no tip and I won't be back. Picture below what I asked for and this is what I got. Literally could have done my own nails at hom

Updating after my most recent manicure— Nelson’s attention to detail was incredible, and he executed my complicated vision for “ribbed nails” perfectly. He did 3 layers of clear SNS, then a layer of grey gel, then grey cat eye polish, then matte coat, then builder gel for the stripes. Just stunning results. And so kind! Thank you, Nelson! // I’ve been going to Summerhill nails regularly for about 6 months now, and I can’t recommend them more. Every single time I leave with gorgeous nails. I know I can trust them — I don’t have to be paying attention during my mani/pedi; they’ve got it under control. And the price is unbeatable. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

So not only did they do a poor job on my nails/toes ( shape is bad on both and the pedicure was rushed) Sunday, but I make an appointment to come back(which I so appreciate the offer to redo what they messed up but I consider that basic customer service) and as I’m writing this I’ve been here over 40 minutes waiting. No communicated wait time or anything. People arriving after me were serviced first without appointments. It’s just not worth it. They do not value their work or their customers clearly. I walked across the street and was treated way better! * forgot to mention I paid $100 and still gave a small tip and this is the service I received so

Susan did a great job at doing my nails and eyebrows! She was so kind and meticulous. You can tell she loves what she does! 10/10 !!
