Suites at ReVive Day Spa

A package deal was bought here for a series of facials, after explaining that I wouldn't have time to use it. The manager then told me it was good for a year so no worries. So it was bought. After going in today and the employee remembering the conversation it was states that they weren't sure why the manager said that because it was only good for 6 months and that it was expired. Still waiting on the manager to call back though and explain why it's not being honored. Don't trust this place or the manager. Update: the manager called back and they are willing to honor what they said.

My second visit to ReVive at the Ridge on January 8th did not disappoint. The facility is quaint and welcoming with a calming atmosphere. I had a deep tissue massage and facial, in which Hillary and Terri provided great customer service. I highly recommend this location.

I got the pumpkin facial by Elizabeth. It was amazing. I feel brand new. My skin looks so radiant!!

I do regular massages but I don't think any therapist found spots needed to release as much as Beth did. I appreciate her very much.

Very fast work and it did not hurt at all very clean place I love it for my first time Hannah was amazing
