I had a great experience at Suites 204. Dan is an absolute pleasure to deal with—responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. I rented a dedicated desk and found the space to be super convenient, clean, and well maintained. The building is easily accessible, which made coming and going simple. Highly recommend for anyone looking for flexible, well-run office space.

I've been renting a private office here for about 4 months and it's been great. I needed a month-to-month rental while my husband and I looked for a new place to live and this checked every box. Reasonably priced, lots of light, ample parking, convenient location, clean, the wifi is strong, and everyone else who rents space here is super respectful. Also, Dan genuinely cares about the people who rent space here. He's friendly, attentive, responsive, and kind. I cannot recommend Suites 204 enough.

I would like to leave a detailed review based upon my personal usage of the space for the people who would like to consider this place for their future office preference. First of all, hope all your work and non-work related activites are going great and good luck on finding a place that suits you the best! Now my preference of this space was upon several parameters. At first I didn't wanted to rent an office space, and had considered university & public libraries, and cafes as a place to study for my board exams. Due to COVID, libraries around North NJ were %90 closed.(Based upon 100 libraries in a 20-30m drive radius.) And the ones open were having realy tight schedules such as open for maybe 4 hours a day or limiting study/sitting to desk times to 30m/1h. The university libraries w

I’ve been renting an office at Suites 204. Overall, it’s been a great experience. Dan is always around and was very thorough in terms of getting me settled in my office and making sure I had everything I needed. The space is new, bright, and fully equipped. It’s also in a great location (located near major highways, shopping centers). Highly recommend Suites 204
