This nail salon is a cute and cozy spot, and I really appreciated that they offer vegan nail polish — that’s a big plus. However, my experience left a lot to be desired when it came to service and communication. I was offered water but never received it, which set the tone for the rest of my appointment. I asked for a round nail shape and ended up with square on both my hands and feet. It may seem minor, but details like this matter. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency around pricing. I selected a sage glitter polish and wasn’t informed that activating the "cat eye" effect with a magnet would cost an additional $25. Visiting Suite Eleven was an absolute delight! The ambiance and design are absolutely stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere. Neomi, my nail master, was incredible—her work on my nails and toes was flawless, clean, and precise. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

I stumbled upon Suite Eleven on a walk through the neighborhood and decided to book an appointment. I was shocked that they’re new in business, because everything was spectacular! I got a gelX removal with a new Apres set and Gel color. I was greeted by (I think) the owner and she was really sweet. I was seen within about 5-10 min of me arriving and I was looking at colors while I waited. Blanca was my technician and she was really nice and her attention to detail is top notch! I’m very picky with my nail shape (almond, but not too pointy) and she executed it perfectly. The entire salon is cozy and relaxing. Fresh flowers everywhere. Not too crowded or chatty.
