I went to this place trying to give it a chance because I needed a haircut and my barber is in the Dominican Republic. My first mistake was coming in and telling the gentleman that cut my hair exactly what I wanted (medium skin fade) and watching him create a guideline for a high skin fade. When the gentleman was finished, he showed me my hair, and I wanted to cry. He basically took a 0 guard to one half of my head and incongruently “faded” the other side. I told the gentleman about his mistakes and he said “I can fix it” and I proceeded to tell him he will not be touching my hair again. When I told him I was not happy, this man was still expecting to be paid for the significantly less than mediocre cut. I paid $11, and they are lucky I paid anything at all. Mai is excellent and will cut your hair properly. The other guy is terrible and will butcher your hair. Wait for Mai, don’t be pressured when the other guy says to come sit down in his chair. Say “No”, and point to Mai.

I wish I would give zero rating. I was being mugged by the guy who did my haircut. He wanted only cash and that he hadn't told me beforehand.he followed me to ATM and charged overprice. He did a such a terrible job where I had to shave it off my beard and haircut was total disaster. It smells like pee in there. There is no proper sanitation. My biggest mistake going there today. Worst experience in my life!

I'm another member of the 25+ club here. Great job, good pricing. Van, the owner, does an incredible job. Bao has been here the entire time as well and he does great work too. Old school in the very best of ways.

I had a really good experience with my haircut and I would recommend Mai. She was very attentive and did a great job of haircutting.
