Sugaring NYC - Tyler

I had an amazing experience! I went about 9 months without a regular Brazilian wax so I was nervous of what the pain would be. This was my first time doing sugaring and Victoria made me feel so comfortable. She was very nice & did everything to make the process easier. I absolutely love my results. I’m surprised that it isn’t painful like a regular wax. I definitely recommend booking with Victoria!.

NEVER come here. my mom had a coupon and and was in so much pain she had to stop. so she left mid service and was charged the FULL amount because she didn’t finish. absolutely ridiculous. should be ashamed of themselves, the technician and the lady at the front desk. so unprofessional. my mom has been getting waxed for years and left this place crying. no sympathy for them. hopefully they’ll be shut down soon.

First time here and first time getting a wax was super excited. The receptionist was very sweet. I had chosen Victoria, she was really sweet and gentle. She talked to me the whole time, made me feel comfortable. It was a whole vibe. I'm most definitely satisfied. I definitely recommend coming here.

Was excited about getting waxed for the first time in a while and initially left happy. When I got home and further inspected I realized there was tons of smaller hairs leftover. My underarms were so bad I had to shave the next day. I wasn’t sure about posting a review because the staff was friendly but it was so disappointing I thought I should share my experience.

Received my first wax here and I must say the ladies were phenomenal! From Bre at the front desk and her great personality, to Kendall who did my wax. Kendall was very professional and walked me through the process. Being 20 weeks pregnant I can’t get down there lol. We talked the whole time which helped with the shock of the pull. So glad I didn’t pee on myself lol, (pregnant woman problems), but was reassured if I did we would get through it. The pain is very tolerable I would say 5 out of 10 and it was my very first time with a grow out! Thank you ladies for making me feel so welcoming and being very educated. I also scheduled my next appt the same day! 🥰🐱
