Michelle was absolutely incredible and a perfectionist in the best way possible making sure no hair was left behind. I always take too long in between appointments and this was by far the least painful restart I’ve had. Michelle had me breathe in and exhale when she pulled and that tip helped so much. She was so friendly and did a great job.
