Aleigh was so lovely. I was worried about running late, so she was able to help me adjust my appointment w/o making me feel bad + helped me navigate parking, too. She also did my service and explained the process and options so clearly. I had amazing support and service from beginnings to end. The whole experience was effortless and well done. I’m happy with the results, too. I’m 4 days into it and it looks great! She gave great tips on post care. Booking was also very easy. I love how many locations and times are available. And I liked the confirmation email and text. It’s a great online UX and customer service experience! This is my go-to moving forward for all trips and events.

The Beverly Hills location is very clean and spacious. Great staff. Efficient service and billing system for monthly memberships. It’s a pleasure to be serviced by Marisha. She’s quick and efficient. It’s always a pleasure catch up with her for my 20 mins.
