I had my first sugaring appointment with Alexia at Sugared & Bronzed in Aventura, and WOW — I’m officially obsessed! I did a full leg and Brazilian, and the entire experience was almost painless. Alexia is truly the best. She was so thorough, got every single hair, and even went in with tweezers at the end to make sure nothing was missed. I usually get laser, but after this appointment I’m honestly ready to switch because her work is THAT good. She made me feel comfortable, the results are flawless, and the whole service was beyond amazing. If you’re thinking about sugaring, GO SEE ALEXIA — you won’t regret it!

(I have been to several SB on both west and east coast) SB Aventura is absolutely the best location! Extremely welcoming and attentive girls all around. The place is cleaned spotless and feels like a beach cottage! Best part is the all natural sugar waxing hair removal I have never felt and looked better from hair removal. When you go ask for Destiny and Alexia both have such a gentle touch and are well educated on the sugaring process. They make me feel very comfortable.100/10 recommend this new SB location in Aventura.

Love the staff! Kaylee is 10/10. Not a fan of the sugar and bronze policy of 30 days between tans for members. Signing up on a day shouldn’t dictate the future appointments. Never seen a policy like this before. Should be a tan once a month for the subscription. But that’s company policy. The location is otherwise great

This is the craziest experience I’ve ever had. The location on the confirmation email is incorrect. If you follow that it takes you 10 minutes away. I called a few minutes before my appointment to ask for directions. She said oh yeah it’s wrong but if you google it you can find it. I showed up 10 minutes late and they said they would “try to fit me in”. They had bad attitudes like it was my fault their address is incorrect in their email. They said if I wanted to try to get sprayed today I needed to scan the code to get the online paperwork. I didn’t bring my phone inside and asked if they could print it and they couldn’t. Terrible customer service. If you want better service go to Sun Tan Miami.
