Sugared and Lashed Claremont

I’ve been getting lash lifts for a few years and this is one of the few times I’ve tried somewhere new. Gigi was the sweetest, but this is by far the worst lash lift I’ve ever gotten. Immediately after, the lift was fine, although not great, but the ends of my lashes looked thin and wispy. The next day, my lashes were all in completely different directions and the wispiness only got worse.

I went for my first appointment during the holidays, they were booked but the owner said the receptionist was trained to do a lash lift so she assured me and I believed her. My lashes ended up burnt at the tips and one eye over curled into my eyelid and the other eye’s lashes were so toasted they were straight stubs. I called and they said to come back and they would re-do but I was so upset about my burnt eyelashes I didn’t return. I’ve now for 2 months been trying to repair and grow them. The owner said she’d be around to oversee the lash lift when she was reassuring me her receptionist could do it and she didn’t. Awesome place to get pampered and get the perfect eye lash extensions! I needed to get my lashes done and last minute the owner, Danielle, went out of her way after hours and booked an appointment for me! Customer service was exceptional! Sara did my eye lashes hybrid -volume and they came out perfect! Though I spent a little more $ then I normally did, it was so worth every penny! They lasted for 4 weeks! Perfect for our vacation time! Thank you so much! I can’t wait to come back!

Loved my first experience here with Danielle. However, the second time I tried to book ended up being completely TERRIBLE due to the customer service provided by one of the members here that was working around 4pm on Thursday 5/16. Understanding that I made two rescheduled appointments and tried my best, but wasn't able to make either one due to the passing of my grandmother was frustrating. They gave me a call around the time of my appointment to confirm, so I let them know what was going on. The team member proceeds to say "wow I'm sure that's hard, but when you schedule your appointment make sure it's for a time you know you'll actually be here." I have had back issues almost all my life. When you find a good massage therapist you need to stay with them. So I have followed Pamela to Organic Wellness because she has amazing insight and touch whether I need deep tissue or lymphatic drainage and hot rocks. She helps me to have a healthier back and body. Her continued training benefits her clients as she applies it immediately. Her use of aromatherapy is so therapeutic. She is such a blessing! I look forward to my next visit in this wonderful salon.
