Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Me and my friend reservations were mixed up and her appointment got placed under me. I decided to get a builder gel full set for the first time. I'm guessing due to the reservation mix up my full set became a builder fill somehow, despite the fact that it was gel-x that were already on my nails. The color they put on my nails while beautiful is not the grayish blue I selected and when I went in to check the swatch board it was gone. I even mentioned something to the tech asking when did she do the builder gel because I thought there would have been an extension and she said it was the clear gel she put on and that was it. Things should have been communicated better because these nails are not what I paid almost 200 to walk out with.

I got the signature pedicure hoping for a bit more of a premium service experience. Instead it was more like an express pedicure. 30 mins total, no callus treatment unless you add another $7, and a very quick massage - about 1.5 mins per leg. For the price you can get a much better experience elsewhere.

This is the worst location of all of the Sugar Coat locations. The staff is rude. I walked in and there were 3 employees at the front. One turned and looked at me and continued to fiddle with polish. The other never turned around and the front desk person said nothing as she hid behind a computer screen. I needed a nail fixed and the woman at the front desk was not helpful at all with color selection . I was sent to the wall of polish to find my match. Parisa should do better at greeting and helping customers. I’ll never come back here again. You’d think since the shop was empty they’d behave better.

Probably the only positive of this place is it is clean and it's easy to book an appointment online. The rest is negative. First, everyone is in a huge rush! My pedicure took less than 10 minutes plus painting. There is nothing relaxing about them rushing a service. I essentially paid $30 for 10 minutes which is crazy! Everyone was running around or moving things and making noise. Etc. Impossible to relax. Second, everything was chipped less than 24 hours later. Which is crazy when I paid $70 for basic pedicure and gel manicure. Third, the way my nails were painted was horrendous! Not covering the full nails. Not evenly coated. Just not good. Will not ever be returning here.

This is the best nail salon in Atlanta, hands down. The owner is amazing, and I haven’t been disappointed at any of the locations with my services. The only issue I’ve had is with appointments starting on time, but now that I text my amazing nail tech, Liz, directly, I don’t have a problem getting in right at my appointment time. Sometimes when I would call the receptionist, they would lose my appointment or double book, and I’d have to wait, but no more. The ambiance is the best. I love the decor and vibe of the place. It’s beautiful, and that’s really important to me when I’m getting a service where I want to relax. It’s super clean, and my nails always look amazing weeks after I have them done.
