Customer Reviews
I’ve been coming to this nail salon now for three years. I’ve been pretty much everywhere in the area and beyond over the last 7 years, and this is the most consistent, high quality, and reasonable nail experience. Leo, especially, does an incredible job. He is meticulous, kind, and efficient. Since I’ve been seeing him, my nails are so much stronger and grow much better. My manicures last so long, too. I would highly recommend a visit here. It’s fantastic!
I had a terrible experience here. I first went in and got a full set and pedicure for myself and my niece. I went in two weeks later and they want to charge me an extra $30 for the exact same nail service! The guy tries to convince me that painting my tips with polish and not the whole nail is Ombré. So, last week, it was just the color that goes with my service and this week it’s Ombré? You’re charging me extra to use less product? There’s one color, no gradient effect, no blending colors. So this was not ombré and you didn’t charge that two weeks ago! They couldn’t even articulate a justification for the extra charge. This place was a rip off and I am highly disappointed.
I used to come here on a somewhat regular basis, but will no longer be coming to this location. I got SNS dip powder with extensions which is $55 according to the website. When it was time to check out, the man at the front counter told me it would be $75 which was confusing to me because all i got was the SNS with extensions, no manicure. I asked about the price and he told me it was an additional $5 for shape (which I find odd for a nail salon to charge extra to shape your nails, something that should be included) and an extra $10 dollars for a manicure. I never asked for a manicure nor did I receive one; my nails were never soaked, my cuticles were never cut etc., I was very disappointed that the person who serviced me would lie about the service he provided. He also did not listen when
I’ve always loved Sugarcoat! The pictures below are my actual natural nails done one with just gel nail polish and one with SNS. I highly recommend as they’re affordable and clean. I do have to admit I was kind of disappointed with how much money I spent getting my SS removed and the way I was treated during my last appointment (which had never happened before). I’m not sure if it was because they thought they were losing a repeat customer or what caused the sudden change in customer service. I 100% recommend but also have not been back since that occurrence :(
Sophia was amazing! She was kind, talented and efficient!! 10/10 recommend!
