SUGAR POLISH NAIL BAR CROSSVILLE

Could not have asked for a better first impression! I took my mom out to get our nails done and was not disappointed. From the moment we walked in the staff was attentive and polite. The staff doing our nails were so nice and really listened to what we wanted and made some great recommendations. The quality of work was great and they checked on us several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The pedicure was so relaxing and I really loved the way my nail design came out. It was simple and exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was classy and comfortable. My usual place was closed on Mondays but not sure I'll be going back there after today. I'll be returning to Sugar Polish from now on.

I went to get sns with design. I asked if they could do the 2nd picture I attached they said yes. My technician was supposed to use the silver sns powder and just tap it onto the red but instead he used sparkle nail polish, which came out horrible. I tried to say something, but he wouldn’t change or understand me. I will not be going back here again. Also told him that my nails were very sensitive and he ended up cutting my pinky. 12-4-25 Update: The owner reached out to me and wanted to go ahead and redo my nails. I went back today and he did an amazing job so I have changed my review. And I will be going back there. I posted the new pictures with the candy, cane, and beautiful bow Below.

An excellent pedicure with Skye. She was gentle on one problematic foot and a joy to speak with. This nail salon is immaculate and beautiful. Easy to make an appointment on line and lots of parking. Will definitely return for the next pedicure. So happy to have found this salon. Thank you to all.

I usually never go to nail salons because of the work that has happened in the past and I usually go to my mother in law since I only treat her work but she recently got surgery so I didn’t want her working but, TINA did an AMAZING JOB!!! I got a classic pedicure w/ gel polish. You can tell she is dedicated to her work. Thank you so much!!

Seriously the best nail salon I’ve ever been too. I’ve lived in Roswell almost all my life and have tried nearly every nail salon and Sugar Polish consistently exceeds my expectations. The staff is so sweet and genuinely so talented. I regularly get like crazy long acrylics with really intricate designs and they do it perfectly every time.
