The ladies in the shop were nice and my pedicure looked good but I was extremely disappointed with the SNS manicure I received. I showed the nail tech photos of what I wanted and she tried to achieve the look, but the SNS was very thick, lumpy, uneven, and did not extend to my cuticles so it looked like my nails were done about two weeks ago immediately upon finishing. The technician also did not clean up my cuticles or the skin around my nail bed, and when I pointed this out, she pushed back my cuticles but didn’t trim them and told me she would use the Dremel to clean them up after she applied the SNS. She then tried applying several layers of gel polish on top of the SNS to cover up the gap between the SNS and my cuticles, resulting in a really uneven, unattractive finish. Later tha

Highly pleased with the customer service! They offer water and make sure you are comfortable. My nail tech took her time to ensure my pedicure was perfect. It had nice massage chairs, tv, and music. They don’t have nail dryers but I was able to sit in chair until my nails were dry. It’s definitely a must try.

Removed and added new dip powder on my nails, my nail tech also helped me save a broken thumbnail. Great look, cozy place.

My wife and I got our nails done here a few weeks ago. I got a plain design, but my wife got a freehand 3D flower design. Staff was super nice and did a fantastic job, and when my wife lost one of her nails while we were carving pumpkins, they fixed it for free and even gave us the remaining glue. 100% recommend!

First, they pressure you into something you don’t want then they do a terrible job at it. Got an “express” mani and pedi and somehow ended up being $97. Manicure started chipping and lifting the next day on top of being uneven and choppy. Pedicure wasn’t uniform and the so called “French tip” ended up just being uneven lines across. The main things I asked for was a very pink clear and got a regular clear instead as well as a squared shape which there’s nothing squared or uniform about.
