VERY DISAPPOINTED, VERY OVERPRICED this is the result of the pedicure here, this has never happened to me before for this pedicure and manicure was $180? And tried charging me for diamonds & White nail color turned yellow and my toe infected even after they said to pay extra for otherwise very disgusted in this. Honestly be careful & yes taking my business elsewhere. Customers service is great everything else 👎

The only reason this place is getting ANY stars is because their customer service. They are super nice and inviting. That's kinda where my compliments end. I have been wanting to get my nails done for about 2 years...and lately my self image has been in the dumps...so I hoped this would make me feel a little more confident....and it might have...if they looked decent. Unfortunately my nails currently range from almond, to oval to rounded and the feel to them is smooth, uneven or bubbly, they currently look like I need a fill (it's been 4 days) and some nails the acrylic was attached to my cuticle where as some nails have leftover acrylic under my nails...and the nail polish smeared on one nail...and before anyone thinks that I should've called and had them fix the issues....I did. 1st time here and an amazing experience overall!!! I’ve never had more comfortable nails and the ladies gave really good customer service. Soo is a sweetheart she treated me so gently and took her time. I’d definitely be back for fills etc. Think I found my new favorite salon!!! Gel X is actually really great so far. I love that I didn’t have to real with the acrylic smell especially since I’m pregnant.

Horrible service. The first time they did a horrible job but since my salon was closed i decided to give them another chance. The lady did a horrible job. I asked for a crisp straight toe and she slanted my toe nail. It’s dirty the floors,took,towels look gross and the atmosphere isn’t pleasant. I paid 50 dollars for a pedicure and the lady did not rub lotion during the end of the pedicure. Left my feet really dry

Kiki was really nice and talked with me while doing my nails but I asked for acrylic full set. I’ve had my nails done plenty of times before but this was the first time getting the gel stuff. My sister and I both are not happy with our nails. It’s been a few days and three nails have popped off and all of my sisters have came off. Mine were super weak and poor quality. My sisters were very clumpy and all around just terrible. We paid $135. This was terrible. I’ve tried to contact Kiki about this but no answer.
