I want for wax and facial with Karen and it was amazing. Karen was so patient and helpful .. she gave me some good advices for my skin and makes the waxing experience less painful. I also had nails manicure and pedicure with Djulissa and I loved the results Thanks for all the kind stuff ❤️

Manicure and pedicure I got hurt while she was doing my nails, and the nail technician seemed unconcerned and emotionless while doing my pedicure and manicure. She easily got frustrated that I didn't follow her instructions because I couldn't understand her since she only speaks Spanish. I totally agree the review of Maria Cadena below only that the nail technician name is NOT Sari, the nail tech is rude and disrespectful. It really touched my ego; the emotional damage I went through during the process is so painful. I feel like, what is the use of beautiful nails and feet if it’s ruin me deep inside?

I got a gel manicure done by lady, two days later started chipping. I message the owner through Instagram and she was actually really nice about it so she scheduled me with someone else to fix it. The person who fixed it was really NASTY!! I asked her not to fill down my nails because they are delicate. She scratch my hand to show me that she is not doing hard.. SHE LEFT MARKS ON MY HAND!! She talked about how amazing she is at sha she does, and how professional her work is.. Very arrogant and just an attitude in anything she said. Her name was Sari If am not mistaken. It was extremely unprofessional and just a disgrace to deal with such arrogant nasty person. Being a knowledgeable in the manicure business does not make her a good employee. Not going back. I have been getting my lashes done by Sugar for about 4 years & she never disappoints! She gives me exactly wht I ask for each & every time. She squeezes me in if need be, has been accommodating the couple times I came late. She’s so professional, quick & just such a sweetheart! Her spa is so beautiful, clean & great energy. I highly recommend.

For starters customer service is beyond amazing. They’re always attentive and friendly. Sugar herself exudes kindness that makes the experience even more special while I'm getting my lashes done. I will definitely be coming here again.
