Sue Nails

Sue Nails says right on their door “10am to 8pm Monday to Saturday” Well it’s 10:23 and the door is still locked. Guess my appointment doesn’t matter. Go somewhere else. There is only one person and you wait forever just to get a set or a fill. A wedding party came in and they RUSHED my nails. The worst set I’ve ever had!

Normally I'm happy here but I had an appointment yesterday so I rushed from work to drive to Ebensburg to get to my appointment on time and they were closed. I just called and was told Sue was sick. My appt was with Duey. No phone call yesterday to explain that they needed to cancel or anything. Rude is no other way to explain it.

I went to Sue Nails to get a full set of nails for my best friend’s wedding. First, the technician expressed irritation and said “come on” when he noticed that I still had acrylic on my thumb nails that I could not get off from a previous set of nails. Then, I asked the technician to remove spots of polish from my nails that I noticed he had missed after sanding. He again became irritated and stated “you are picky”. Another technician jumped in and stated that he wasn’t done yet, and that would be taken care of later in the process. I explained to the technicians that I have gotten my nails done at this location in the past, and they had neglected to take off all of the polish on my nails and it was visible and looked terrible in the final product. They told me that that could not be true

One of the worst places my wife has ever been. She walked it to see if she could get an appointment. There was one person, I assume Vietnamese, doing someone else's nail and told her to sit down and they could do them then. After that she yelled at a man in the back. A guy ,also Vietnamese, came out to do her nails. At the same time, the two of them were yelling at each other angrily. He then decided he couldn't do my wife nails and got up and left. The woman finished the other customer's nails she did my wife's. Meantime I was shopping and when I returned my wife seemed to be done and I paid the bill of $70. After we left to go home in Lilly, we were not even out of Ebensburg when the paint on one naul just basically fell off. After we got home the paint on her thumb came off. Needles

I love having my nails done by Sue. She does great work and my nails are healthier than they have ever been. All of the staff is very friendly as well. She always does whatever you ask. I highly recommend the healthy nails. I love mine. I've been going here about a year and have always had great looking nails and I am very pleases! Thanks Sue!!
