I'm in town for a conference and my flight back to NYC got cancelled. I had an unexpected Saturday night in Chicago. Looked this place up and walked in. They had a COVID contact tracing doc which I appreciate, honestly ... Shows they care about their customers health. They gave me a 10/10 cut and a few recommendations for tonight. Great vibe. Big TVs. Excellent, professional barbers. If I find myself needing a cut in Chicago, I'll definitely come back!

I asked for a simple beard and hair trim, so it was a shock to receive a $100 bill at the end of it. Service was friendly and the haircut good, but the staff at Stylz should let customers know of such expenses in advance.

The haircut was good, but they overcharged me by almost $20. I booked through booksy, and on this barbershops website I selected the $55 option, that comes with the shampoo and so forth. Even though the option I selected says the shampoo and stuff are in the $55 option (which is still overcharging in my opinion) Kelley added a bunch of fees on, I would maybe understand a couple of dollars added on, maybe, but it went from $55 - $68 bucks somehow and he had the audacity to tell me that I can select the tip option before putting my card in. He did a good job with the cut, but they overcharged me and it's not worth it. Don't come here unless you want to spend almost 100 on a haircut you can get anywhere else for 50% cheaper.
