I truly wish this was all a bad dream. I booked with stylist Tiffany while she was running a $90 all over special. I did add highlights to this. She starts by doing a base color of all brown, we wait 45 minutes and she comes to check, we wash and she says “the color didn’t hold, we will have to do it again” my hair was bright orange, anyone who knows hair knows that she bleached it and did not add color, so we do it the 2nd time and the color magically holds this time, then she does the highlights where she does bleach foils and tones it. We finish up and the total is $280. By the end of this my hair is fried and was falling out in her bowl during the final rinse. I wake up today, wash my hair and have clumps of hair coming out. Wonderful experience! Esmeralda always makes even my nails look so pretty! And Lawana cut my hair to my exact specifications! They are all so helpful. And They even coordinated my appointments to save me time! Simply the best!
