I love getting braids from any stylist here, they always turn out great. HOWEVER, I got a silk press that absolutely had relaxer in it. I've had natural hair my whole life and did not request any relaxer. I got the Olaplex deep condition and the young lady that did my hair must have put relaxer in at some point. I just wanted 1-3 days of straight-ish hair and I actually fully expected to sweat my hair out that same day since I went to a concert AND a club that night. I was horrified when it stayed straight after many months of washes and product changes. I ended up getting a big chop because I was so furious about how dead that experience made my hair feel. I'm never coming to this salon again and frankly, I wish I had sued for battery or assault because that a relaxer and a silk press are
