I was searching for my new salon home for about a year and I went to one other before trying this one, I must say I think I have now found my salon home...Let's get into the details: Excellent customer service, warm and welcoming Ambiance, and great communication! Customer Service and Communication- I originally scheduled my appointment for September 5th (Labor Day), SB: was like say what I'm off and can get my hair done! booked the appointment during the week and then by Saturday received a call, voicemail, and a text message letting me know that there was a system issue and offered some other times and dates. A few texts and a call later Vernon was super friendly and helpful and expressed apologies for the inconvenience. ( I thought ok I searched and found, I won't write them off yet,

I have been to several hair salons, but there are only a few that have the perfect atmosphere. This salon is one of them. The place is clean, and the stylists are friendly. However, I was disappointed with the way they styled my natural hair. Although they are professional and have a great vibe, I have seen better stylists elsewhere. So, if you are planning to get your natural hair done here, I suggest you don't go for a complicated hairstyle. A silk press would be a better option. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but there are limitations to what they can do with natural hair.

I knew I was in for a wonderful hair salon experience the first time I stepped foot into Stylebox Salon three years ago and saw the “Welcome Linda” sign! The warm greetings from the owner Stephanie and stylist Deborah were followed by my choice of drink. My hairstylist, Allyn, did not disappoint but rather set the bar on excellent hair care! Allyn has taken my hair from relaxed through the transition to natural with great results along the way. His expertise is second to none and I can trust his hair care wisdom. If you want expert hair care with over the top ambiance I highly recommend Stylebox Salon.

This is literally my first google review ever but I just had to chime in and say how much I truly enjoyed my experience here. I hope this salon becomes a long-standing staple in the neighborhood - they are lovely people and it’s so clear that they want every customer to leave feeling beautiful, relaxed, and taken care of. The prices are reasonable, especially for how attentive they are to your every need. I will without a doubt be back here.

Stylebox has a chill and relaxing vibe. Their scheduling platform is user friendly, which made booking my appointment a breeze! The stylists are warm, respectful, and professional. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Deborah provided an amazing blow dry and trim. She was very gentle with my wash and blow out. The trim was on point. I found my new home!
