Style Spa Nails

This place was so close to home and thought I found a good spot! I waited a couple of weeks to go in for a manicure since my nails were short, I was asked if I wanted my nails trim. I said ok but she completely cut them off where I could feel the skin on my fingers. I wasn’t happy but came back again and she was pulling on my cuticles instead of going around the nail with her tool. She then proceeded to charge my debit card and supposedly accidentally charged my card $858.00 and didn’t tell me about her mistake! The bank asked if I knew about this charge which I did not because “she” never told me. My bank canceled my card because I didn’t recognize the charge and had to wait a whole week for another card and had to call my creditors with a new card which was a BIG Hassle! I went inside th

They should do a better job to make it a relaxed environment. Loud talking on phone (customers and employees) is not what I’m looking for during a manicure. They generally do a good manicure

I love this little spot. Everyone is kind and does a nice job. They can also usually fit me in last minute!

I have always gotten great service here. My nails come out looking great and their massages are a nice bonus. They are very nice without being chatty. It is a calm, clean atmosphere where hygiene appears to be taken seriously. And it’s not full of fumes like some other places.

I have been a customer for over 2 years, had an appointment 12/18 of which I was one minute early. I was told I needed to wait 20 minutes since they had just taken a walk in. They were seriously just removing her polish! I have a limited time on my lunch break and could not wait. I did not even receive an apology for this. I called to talk to a manager to express my frustration and disappointment at the practice of bumping someone with an appointment for a walk in. They must be short staffed or greedy. They were wonderful until this debacle. I needed to choose a different salon in town after work since I needed a mani for a holiday party that evening. I will continue to get manis where I live in Lake Forest even though I will miss the convenience of this salon and supporting a business wh
