I've had much better experiences and choices of hair from other beauty supply stores across the state. The man stared me down while I was taking my time to choose a hair product after selecting a wig to purchase and it being brought to the front. I must have looked like a thief and one who needed their unwarranted advice on the color of wig and wig cap to choose.

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK. The asian man behind the counter is very RUDE and RACIST. He accused me of stealing from his store before even though this was my very FIRST time in this store. I had to inform him that we do NOT all look alike. As soon as I walked in, he started following me. DO NOT SPEND YOUR BLACK DOLLARS HERE. YOU ARE NOT WELCOMED AND YOU ARE NOT RESPECTED!

Don’t call the store and ask if they have a product in stock. Because the man that works there will just tell you to come in the store and hang up on you. Incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude. I had called all the other hair stores in the area and they were extremely helpful and definitely has a better selection.

Was my first store choice for a while. He's grown to be very mean and bitter. I remember him smiling and joking. Thats really the problem, the owner was being messy opening a hair store by a hair store. Beautyway customers are loyal, it's not just about a cheaper price but quality and customer service . You certainly should treat the few that choose to come in with respect. Sad he should have thought about it before moving next to a thriving store with built clientele.

The guy at the counter was VERY rude! I asked him do he have 613 bundles and he rudely yelled “ YES” I then asked what’s the price and he yelled “WHY U NEED TO KNOW THE PRICE U WANNA BUY OR NO” he followed us around the store and looked at me with a nasty face ! Never again will I go there ! Very racist!
