Would give 0 stars if I could. Paid $45 for a kids haircut and a lineup for my husband, which is normal pricing, only difference is now I have to go spend an extra $45 to fix their awful haircuts. He didn’t even leave a straight lineup. And I’ve never seen my husbands sideburns this bad. Really do not recommend getting your haircut with Albi

Yesterday I went to the barbershop for a simple haircut and look what they did to me. I wrote to the guy who did it and he couldn't even apologize, he just denied doing it… Yesterday the cuts weren't noticeable because they were fresh, but this morning they were much more obvious. I cut my hair with Albi btw

DO NOT GET JEFFREY! IN FACT GET RID OF THIS CLOWN. I told him to bald fade my side burns, edge hair and my beard, AND DO NOT CUT MY HAIR. This clown removed the whole back part of my head. The unprofessionalism of this barber shop is very crazy to me. I have booked a barber on the Booksy App on multiple occasions for me to arrive on time for my appointment to my surprise get told that the barber is either “not around” “not available” or plain and simple “didn’t know” he had an appointment. There has been instances where I arrive for my appointment on time and the booked barber marks me as a “no show”. The app then tries to charge you a cancellation fee for not showing up. I have been coming here for years at one point even had my usual barber until he moved shops. You also have to be careful with these current barbers in shop trying to up-charge you, the app and the shop clearly states a very specific price for the haircut how are you going to say a different price after you

I went here 2x and I had the same lady cut my hair the first time it was in even and then I went to day and she didn’t even do what I asked for, I wanted a now fade with very little cut on top and she tuned me around so I didn’t see the mirror and started cutting and she turned me around to look at the mirror and I was so mad but didn’t say anything the back of my head looks like a v and she cut the top way to short, my hair tucked my nose and I said below the eyebrows but over the eyes and it’s looks so bad I left so mad I’m never coming back here
