Style Glam is highly recommended for hair styling. Niki did an exceptional job on my hair, and the color complements me perfectly. I’ve received numerous compliments on my hair since getting it done there. The salon is clean, beautiful, and everyone is very nice and professional.

I will never return to this salon. The pattern here is clear: when something goes wrong, they deflect, gaslight, and make themselves the victim instead of taking accountability — all while charging premium prices. I first came here last January and paid $285 for half-head highlights. The work was excellent, which is why I returned. Six weeks later, I went in for a $60 root touch-up and left with the front of my hair black and my highlights covered. I had to return for it to be corrected. Over time, I built a relationship with Nicole and scheduled directly with her. There were small issues before — toner problems, uneven blending — but she fixed them, so I continued giving them my business. This visit exposed the true professionalism of this salon. We agreed on a 9:30–10:00am appointment

Stay as far away from this place as humanly possible if you care about your hair. I’ve been coming here to Ellen and Yaffa for the past 6 years because it’s close to where I live but this time was my last straw. I always go in asking for something else and leave with something else entirely; I have no idea why I keep going back. If I speak up and say that’s not what I asked for, I get gaslighted by the staff here. I went in with thick healthy hair down to my butt and asked for some length off and LONG layers. I know the stylists here get confused so I went in with a CLEAR picture of what I want. I came out with a mullet. Ellen took her scissors and removed 90% of the density of my hair when I told her I want light layers because I want to preserve the thickness of my hair. She took my bang

I’ve been going to Ellen G for over 4 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Every visit is consistent, relaxed, and exactly what I need. She really takes the time to listen to what I want, while also offering expert advice when I’m not sure what to do, and she always gets it just right. Her attention to detail, skill with scissors, and friendly personality make every appointment something I look forward to. It’s clear she truly cares about her clients and her craft. Whether I’m going in for a quick trim or a whole new style, I always leave feeling great. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and genuinely lovely hairdresser!

Came in early for appointment got a few inches cut off and Lori Ann cut exactly like the picture I showed her and gave a great blowout all for a very affordable price. 10/10 recommend.
