Today was the first time I tried their Brazilian wax services and it was the worst wax ever. I tried this place cause my usual place is a little further into the Bronx and I was being lazy and I definitely paid the price. I’m not sure what the young lady’s name was but I could definitely tell either she didn’t know what she was doing or she was rushing to leave. When she was doing the wax she wasn’t waiting until the wax harden she kept pulling and yanking while the wax was still sticky and gooey. I had to say ouch a bit loud to get her to stop. After the wax I noticed a significant amount of noticeable hair in my inner thigh which I had to tell her and have her lay me back down to fix. Once I got home I realized she left SIGNIFICANT amount of hair in the back. I will never ever get a Braz
