Val is an artist who really listens. I told her I was thinking about getting layers. She said, "But you don't like doing your hair why would you want layers?" I told her that I wanted more volume and movement. She said "Trust me." Then she cut my hair and layered it from underneath. No one's ever done that before. I still don't have to do much to it but it has volume and movement and feels so light on the back of my neck. I'm hooked!
