Style Bar Salon

I have been going to Magi for 5+ years for my balayage, foils, cuts, and colors. I love coming to see her! She always gives incredible hair advice, and I appreciate that she steers me away from overprocessing my hair in visits when it is not healthy enough to bleach. I always feel like she has the long term health and care of my hair in mind, even when I'm feeling impatient enough to want to hand her more money! The entire salon is always exceptionally clean. It's also well-decorated and the music is always great, which aren't as necessary but are always so appreciated. Everyone who works here genuinely cares for it so much, and it shows! This is a great group of people to see.

First time getting my hair done at Style Bar and I am BLOWN away by the results! Kaela was AMAZING, start to finish! We all know how long it can take to get your hair done but she made the process so fun and so efficient time flew by ! I feel amazing and my visit felt amazing. If you’re looking for someone to take your lived in color and bring it back to life kaela is your girl!

This is a lovely salon in Puyallup. It's easy to find, has plenty of parking, and is clean and well-organized inside. Jarid (I hope I'm spelling that right!) is a super kind, experienced stylist that I go to regularly for haircuts. I have a pixie cut and it's rare to find someone so good at making it look feminine while being low-maintenance and neat. I also like their online booking system and appreciate the text reminders for appointments!

I really do recommend going to Style Bar Salon especially for color. I found them over 15 years ago in the yellow pages back when phone books were still a thing haha I was wanting to get highlights that same day so I called & was able to get a appointment with Shauna few hours later. I've been going to her ever since then. All the employees are super nice & the salon is super clean. I've had a good experience every time & I've left my appointment satisfied every time so again 10/10 recommend

I have been here before several times and had good experiences however don't schedule online with Julie because she will cancel on you at the last minute. It's as if your time isn't valued. What a selfish person! I had a text confirmation, email confirmation and called all confirmed three times then Julie apparently didn't feel like working and rudely texted me late at night to cancel. I should have just waited for my normal stylist. Others have made the same complaints about Julie in these reviews. To make matters worse she claimed she wasn't available at all any time soon yet online shes showing as fully available all week. I'm so upset that my time isn't valued I doubt I will be back.
