STV Nails & Spa

So as a preface this was my wife's 2nd visit to stv nails. Her first visit was 5 stars. However today she left their salon in tears. She is legally blind, has severe glaucoma and extremely difficulty seeing colors. She went in for her standard dip and fill on her nails, mind you after 6 years traveling the country she has done this in 48 of the states and never felt so insulted that she walked out in tears. She explained to the guy that was to help her and after trying to one up her with "I got an astigmatism and can see colors just fine" Well that's good for you but you shouldn't try to belittle someone with a disability. As she leaned closer to see the color that he was suggesting he decided to imitate her by placing his head even closer to the table than she was in a very demeaning and

New ownership. Prices up, quality and service down. Never been one to formally complain but it was clear no one was in charge.too expensive to look the other way when it looked like a child did my nails. One girl did my pedicure one girl did my dip manicure it was obvious that they did not get along with each other as they bickered back-and-forth throughout my service. The young one would go behind the other and literally mess up my fingernails where they had to be redone the first time I didn’t point out that it was another employee that messed up my nails she thought it was me, she fixed the two that were messed up when the other employee checked for dryness/apply oil. I have basic short nails they should not have been a complicated service This happened twice my nails are not smoo

It's no longer STV it's PHB and the new ownership is AMAZING! My nails are PERFECT, and the people were super sweet! Happy for the ownership change so I can get my nails done close to home! The prices are awesome too!

I’ve passed by this place several times but didn’t have a service done until today and I’m so happy I did. They were professional, polite and fast with their work. I even added an additional manicure for guests that were visiting from out of town. We were in and out in less than an hour and I will be going back for regular appointments.

Went here for the first time 12/6/22 and had a great experience. I got a basic pedicure $35 and a gel manicure $45 (I got nail artwork and two colors). They took their time and did great work. The place was a little disorganized but in a way that they were remolding/ revamping because of a change in ownership. They’re also changing their name I think it going to be ‘PTV Nails’ but not sure. My only reason for not 5 stars is they did my hands and feet at the same time which I didn’t mind but the lady doing my feet kept wanting me to put my feet in a way that kept hitting the the board that my nails were one and it was a bit uncomfortable but nothing that would keep me from coming back.
