This was an explanation of the service being offered “ One Keratin with Hair cut: A smoothing and straightening treatment plus a stylish haircut”. Haircut took less than 1min which I corrected myself at home because it was uneven. Two days later (added nothing nor washed) my hair was semi curly again. I didn’t wet, or color my hair for over 2 weeks, nor added product to it, so it wasn’t because of that. After reaching out to the salon with pics & asked how can we rectify I was told “ My keratin don’t. Str8 hair Just smooth. Repair Is not phormadihe. U need to color Color protect. Ur hair. From sun ph and all of it. Now I have to return to my old salon and pay again to get a retreat. Very disappointing.

I hate to be that person that leaves a negative comment about any place or business. I feel it is my job as a consumer to warn other people about their experience. Please don’t skip over this review like I did. I found studio m because of a Groupon. I went in for a balayage and cut, I left with my hair completely fried and a mullet. Olsi ruined my hair. It has been months and I’m still dealing with the horrible haircut he left me. If you love your hair please go to another salon. (also these photos were taken the next day at the salon were I tried to fix the cut)

It is nice that they give you a hot towel and hand a massage but at the end of the day i just need a good hair cut! It seems like Olsi cannot do that . If male hair cut is not your specialty thats fine just tell your customers up front. It is the second time i went there and the hair cut its all crooked. I would not recommend this place for male hair cuts.

I never write a review but this time I felt that l needed to...I have been getting my hair done for over 50 years. And I have been getting keratin for the last 20. I have to say this is the worst haircut and keratin. I have ever gotten!!!! I have a very important event coming up. And I'm very upset because now I don't look the way I wanted to. I have never been so upset about a haircut. And now I don't know what to do I have this important event coming up

I found a deal on Groupon for $54 keratin + haircut. Once I visited salon, they asked me to pay extra $45 saying my hair length is too long (it is upto 2 inches below my shoulders). Their haircut was really good but their keratin didn’t even last after one wash. I used keratin friendly shampoo and followed all the instructions. I called them to fix it but they said that their keratin is different, it only adds shine to your hair and it doesn’t fix wavy hair or frizziness. I mean what’s the point of getting keratin then. He claimed that it’s organic but I felt so strong chemicals in my eyes for 2 days after treatment.
