Ariana did an amazing job. My son wanted a cut and perm, he wasn't quite sure exactly what he wanted. She was very helpful and nice. We definitely will be back :)

The facility on ellwood road is rediculous. They never have enough employees to cover anymore. The last 2 days of trying to get my hair cut there has been only 1 employees. Not only is it not right for the customer but with 1 employee how does she handle the stress level. This seems to be ongoing since it took over Famous hair. It makes the company look really bad. I will be going elsewhere. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has. And I'm not sure if this company really cares what I say.

I’m so upset with the job that Alli did. What we discussed and what I got were 2 different things. The pictures we referenced together were not even close to what I left with . I wanted some low lights to help the blond I came in with and to help make my regrowth look more natural and I left with almost black hair with highlight that were almost grey. When I said it’s so dark and I was clearly upsets she said it’s not as dark as you think. And she could put more highlights through in it if I wanted. After looking at the messy/ sloppy/ bleach bled/ botch job on what highlight she did I don’t want her touching me again. Now I have to go through a lengthy expensive color correction process with a color specialist. If you can’t do something you should say you can’t do it!! I wouldn’t recommen

Ariana did a beautiful job on my hair! I went in not really knowing too much about what I wanted and she made my small ideas become big and so so beautiful. 100% Recommend to anyone looking for a new stylist! Will be coming back!!

Got me in same day for a last minute booking and did a great job! Will be my new go to place when I need my hair done.
