My daughter had the most amazing experience at Studio West! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and taken right back—even though we had booked a last-minute appointment. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, instantly making us feel comfortable and cared for. Her stylist, Sophie, was absolutely adorable and beyond amazing. She had the sweetest personality, full of warmth and positivity, and she immediately made my daughter feel relaxed and excited. Sophie listened carefully to what my daughter wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and treated her like royalty throughout the entire process. She hyped her up the whole time, making her feel confident and special, and the way she worked her magic with those pink highlights was incredible. It’s rare to find a stylist

Brought my daughter here to get fancied up for a big anniversary date she had with her boyfriend. she was over the moon with the new color and overall look the stylist gave her. I'm sure we'll be back before senior pictures are taken.

Laura is by far the best hairstylist I've ever been to! I Started going to her 17+ years ago and loved her instantly.. She's not only amazing at doing hair, but also just a really great person..A true gem! I get compliments on my highlights regularly, and it's all thanks to Laura! Oh, and she's never cut off more than what I've asked..lol.

Had a botched haircut from another salon on Friday. I contacted Laura on a Sunday letting her know the situation and that I had a funeral for a close family member that Tuesday. I thought all hope was lost, but Laura got me in Monday afternoon and saved the day! So grateful and I have definitely found a new salon home. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, we are going to have find another salon. There doesn’t seem to be a dedicated reservationist and it is very difficult to get a call back from a stylist on appointment requests. There should be an online request form through the website, and I can’t find one. Sad because we liked this salon a lot but when booking an appointment becomes a daily reminder to follow up on my or my daughter’s task list, I have to consider other options.
