Nobody at check-in. Had to look around for an employee. Told it would be about a 10 minute wait. After 30 minutes, and watching other black men get in, I left.

I’ve been going to this stylist for over a year with no issues, but my last appointment was terrible. She left the relaxer on my hairline too long causing chemical breakage. The braiding foundation for the flip over sew in was wrong, and she used glue and product to hide the damage. When I addressed it, she gaslighted me and didn’t take responsibility. I paid $200 for a sloppy job and was offered protein treatments I never needed, plus a refund I never received.
