NORMA is my nail therapist! Her service and quality is amazing! She’s my go to every time I visit VitaBeauty Lounge. Nothing can’t go wrong when you get your mani or pedi with them. I trust Norma with my feet and hands 🙌🏼 she’s amazing 🤩 THANK YOU for always making me slay! Not to mention is so close the subway literally like 2-3 minutes walking from 82nd street/ Roosevelt. They offer you coffee or water, trust me, you will love to go back. The Decor is all 🎀 PINK, I love it!

This place is amazing. Such an aesthetic vibe. The lady who did my nails was wonderful and offered me water or anything to drink. She exactly did the nails I wanted. Perfect shape design and color. Will be going back finally found a nail salon that’s trustworthy and moneys worth!

I really love this place not only because of the excellent customer service but for the patience and professionalism of the girls working here. I’ve only done my nails here but they offer a vast array of services. Norma is the best, she truly pays attention to detail and her perfection is what keeps me coming. The prices are decent and the materials used, actually last. I appreciate that it’s always spotless but above all, everyone is super friendly and you always feel welcome here. I definitely recommend their business!

I give this place 3 stars because of the pricing. As cheap as a pedicure will get these days. I would book with Jessica specifically, because she seemed to be the best person for the service I wanted. Unfortunately, someone else did my pedicure. The other nail “tech” cut the cuticles on one of my toes and made me bleed. I noticed that when she clipped and picked off dead skin, she threw it into the bath where my other foot was still soaking, instead of wiping it on a towel. The pedicure also took twice as long as a normal one. I know this because two customers consecutively received their pedicures in the seat next to me. When she was finished and it was time to get up to go dry, she did not offer me slippers. I think she expected me to walk on the floor barefoot, which is unsanitary. I
