I was traveling for work in Jacksonville and last minute decided I wanted a hair refresh. I was able to book a last minute appointment with Caroline and it was one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had! I quickly showed Caroline some photos of what I wanted and we chatted through what made the most sense and she got to work. Caroline was so bubbly and sweet and truly such a delight to have cut my hair. I would recommend her to literally anyone - and will definitely be back to visit the next time I’m in town!! She’s a total rockstar and anyone would be lucky to have her work on their hair!

Absolutely love my hair! The blonde highlights are beautifully blended and the cut feels fresh, light, and easy to style. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that — natural, dimensional blonde that looks healthy and intentional. I want to give a shoutout to Caroline. She is so young and talented at cutting hair. She’s so fun to chat with and her passion for cutting hair is why I keep going back. Best cuts every time. I’ve gone to salons and paid $400 for a cut and Caroline still wins, that should tell you something. She’s a find! Great with wavy and curly hair too, which is always a challenge to find. I’ve recommended her to others and they keep going back to her too.

Macie is truly one of a kind. Not only is she an exceptionally skilled stylist, but she is also an incredible colorist with a true understanding of hair health. She has completely transformed my hair, restoring its strength, shine, and overall look. Every appointment feels thoughtful and customized, and the results speak for themselves. My hair has never looked or felt better. I’m beyond grateful to have found her and wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else.

Amazing experience! I have naturally wavy/frizzy hair, and Jesse did my Headspa, taking the time to understand my hair and scalp needs and customizing the service perfectly. She even recommended a personalized scalp shampoo and conditioner, which was such a thoughtful touch!!! Whitney followed with a flawless blowout using my favorite product line Organethic Pure Care and I left feeling like a million bucks!!!! Everyone at the salon was incredibly friendly and accommodating — they even offered me coffee and water, which I definitely needed afterwards, lol. Most headspas just go through the motions, but this one was truly personalized from start to finish. Highly recommend Jesse, Whitney, and the entire team!
