Had a simple haircut and eyebrow wax done. Stylist was sweet and kind, however, more training is needed. Haircut turned out fine, I did opt for a more simple cut because I was nervous after seeing my eyebrows. Had my eyebrows waxed and stylist did not listen to my request/instructions and did her own thing. I specifically asked her not to bring down my brows & pointed/drew on my brows exactly where and what I wanted done, prior to starting. She ended up waxing my arches all the way down to the tail level, cleaned the tail and then accidentally waxed off the middle of one of my eyebrows. If she was not comfortable waxing, I wished she would have said something. Now my eyebrows are all messed up. Place looks nice girls where nice I’m not from this state I just moved here and was lucky they could get me in so quickly .. well first things first there’s clients in the shop and there doing these wild dance tik toks in the open … second the girl working on me super sweet but very nervous and was told in the middle she’s brand new fresh out of hair school mind u I already stressed I’m very scared going somewhere new bc it took me a min to grow my hair as I had chemo .. well i was there for almost 4 hrs that was a crazy to me never have been that long in a shop before unless getting extensions in but nope just a simple root touch up easy as ever it’s all black !!! My daughter wanted to donate her hair, and studi r does help with donations for children hair. Emma is amazing, nice, and very talkative. Would recommend her.

Love the atmosphere, location and ease of online scheduling with this salon. Stylists are talented. Turnover of stylists is very, very high. Finding a stylist I love and then she moves on after a few months - very disappointing.
