Showed up to my confirmed appointment time today with Nicole Lussier and the door was locked. I knocked, waited, called multiple times and texted. After 20 minutes I left. She read my texts two hours later and did not respond. Not sure what happened but the fact she read my texts and didn’t even bother to try to apologize or take accountability sucks. Not a good look at all. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere as she clearly does not value her clients time.

Nicole squeezed me into her busy day and did a fantastic job. My hair feels healthy and she did an incredible job on my bangs. She was kind, friendly and professional. She had less time to work her magic but did a better job than most. I highly recommend her!

Nicole is fabulous! She listens and works with you to give you the best color and styles. Her experience and expertise is second to none and it clearly shows in her work! I’m certainly one of her many happy long time clients. On top of that her salon is very clean, the modern chic look and decor is welcoming and it’s run very professionally! Go here! You won’t be disappointed.
