Studio Lagree - Highland Park

Studio Lagree in Highland Park is hands down one of the most effective workouts I do. I work out very consistently at another gym, but every time I take a Lagree Pilates class here, I’m reminded of all the muscles I don’t regularly target. It’s challenging in the best way- low impact but incredibly effective and I always leave feeling stronger and more aware of my body. Mitchell is an outstanding instructor. He’s incredibly gentle and respectful when correcting form, but also clearly understands each person’s limits and knows exactly when to push you just enough. His cues make the workout feel both safe and incredibly intentional. If you’re looking to build strength in a truly balanced way, this studio is a must (and try to book a class with Mitchell!)

These classes are not for the faint of heart. This is a humbling and rewarding workout that never leaves me wondering if I worked hard enough. The equipment is easy to use. The instructors are very knowledgeable and great at creating workouts that get to every part of your body.

Coaching with Amy was so informative for future classes, and it made me eager and excited to return to pilates. After just one class with Amy, I can feel muscles I haven't felt in a long time. It feels amazing!

Heather was AMAZING!! This was the first time my friend and I had been to Lagree, so we knew we were in for a challenge. Heather made us feel like we were capable of all the skills and just had a way about her when she walked us through the tough parts - she has that natural teaching touch for sure! She also did an incredible job of showing us before and during what moves looked like. She absolutely made the class a 10/10. The other attendees in the class who were regulars were also so friendly and willing to help. The front desk gal was also a delight. Love the community y'all have there - we will be back next time we are in HP!

I’m a lifelong lover of all Pilates&lagree variations, and Studio Lagree is now my favorite. Mitchell is the best instructor I’ve ever experienced. He’s the master of cueing for maximum challenge & correct form. Each of his classes is better than the last. I’ve been coming since June of this year & my body composition, posture, and strength have all improved drastically. A can’t miss class!
