Studio Fifty Fifty #2

I was having a bad day and did a walk-in spontaneously for just a slight trim. Brian (Elk) was so incredibly friendly and kind and honestly turned my entire day around. He suggested I get a balayage since I didn’t really have anything in mind but was in need of a change. He was confident and clear about what he could do, and performed a balayage without foils. Every previous experience I’ve had anywhere else with bleach turned my dark brown hair orange, but this was the first time it didn’t. He set the expectations super clearly all throughout. He adjusted the shade perfectly, and the balayage was even, natural, and seamless—no patchiness or thick sections at all. He also gave me a fantastic slightly layered haircut. Brian Elk!! He is a color stylist who took my sister and I for a last minute cut (6:30pm) which turned into a coloring for 1 of us, he was very sweet, organized and efficient. He did us both simultaneously and didnt miss a beat as well as staying kind and providing honest and genuine answers!! Definitely requesting him & their studio! (paid together - explaining price)

This review is for Maria at the location on Gothard street. Maria was very kind and showed genuine care about fixing my bad haircut I had gotten elsewhere, that left me with stringy tails and large gaps of space in between layers. She listened to my concerns and totally understood what my fine wavy/curly hair needed. Maria was very kind and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much for fixing my hair Maria!
