Avoid Elliot - last chair on the right. HE WASTED A LOYAL COSTUMER'S TIME! I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time and typically had no issues — the location is convenient, parking is easy, and the shop overall does a good job. However, my recent experience with Elliot was extremely disappointing. I waited around 40 minutes, since he was busy and said I should come back in 30 mins, and was then told to wait again bc he messed up and another guy came in. When I brought up the issue, instead of an apology, I was met with attitude and disrespect — completely unprofessional behavior, especially toward a loyal client. I take both of my sons to this barbershop, and every time we leave so happy! The barbers are incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They always take their time to make sure the cuts look perfect, and as a mom, I truly appreciate that. My boys feel comfortable, welcomed, and even have fun during their haircuts. One of the best spots in town, always clean, great prices. Peter is an excellent barber with many years of experience. My toddler hated the barbershop before him, he made him feel comfortable. Played Ms. Rachel on the TV, gave him a toy, now he looks forward to his monthly haircut!! They speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese which is amazing. Wish I could rate it higher!!

Customer service was incredible. I recommend this barber shop to everyone.
