Studio East

My first visit to Studio East's workshop called “Spa Night” was amazing. It was not merely a yoga class; it was a sanctuary of serenity, a refuge from the chaos of everyday life. I found this session to be a unique fusion of tranquility and rejuvenation. I have never done yoga before, but I have a ton of experience in self-hypnosis and guided hypnosis, which is meditative as well. The yoga poses here were simple and restorative rather than challenging, which allowed for me to focus my mind on the meditative aspect rather than the skill of doing a yoga class. I felt surrounded by like-minded individuals, a restorative vibe permeating the room, and a skilled instructor. Definitely felt a moment of connection and reflection and will be back!

This is my home away from home ❤️. It is such a wonderful space to practice yoga, exercise (barre) and attend work shops. Lee Ann, the owner, is a doll and has created a peaceful & special place with her knowledgable & talented instructors and staff. Love Studio East ~ highly recommend!

Studio East is a gem! I’d say a best keep secret of Worcester County, not just Uxbridge. The entire studio is designed with both salon and yoga experiences in mind. Top notch stylists and yoga instructors make this a great place to treat yourself and practice self care.
