Love this shop! 3 years going strong and my hair is down my back 🤭….i usually wash and blow dry my hair to save time. But overall, some of the best braiding in NYC.

I scheduled my appointment a week in advance and paid a $15 deposit to secure my 4:00 PM time slot. I arrived at 3:50 PM, greeted the staff, and unfortunately did not receive a response. About ten minutes later, my stylist approached me to confirm that I had a 4:00 PM appointment. I confirmed, and she told me she would be with me shortly. About 30 minutes after speaking with my stylist, the receptionist approached me and tapped me on the shoulder quite hard to get my attention. Without greeting me, he stated that he needed to collect my remaining payment because he was leaving for the day. I was confused since my service had not yet started, but because I needed my hair done for an upcoming trip, I paid in full. I was not seated until around 5:00 PM. My stylist was superb. Professional on time! They over charged me and didn’t think I’d notice but it was the holiday and I didn’t feel like saying anything. People always want a reaction won’t be returning for said reason.
