Fabulous experience here this week! The environment is warm and inviting, super clean and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Owner, Andrea cut and styled my hair while offering many ideas to improve the style and condition. The cut is the best I’ve had in a long time. Andrea’s skills and experience are amazing. She suggested a couple of products but I never once felt pressured to buy (although I did!) I noticed other hairdressers and the way they interacted with their clients and I was equally impressed. I highly recommend this spa/salon.

Andrea (the owner) is a magician! When I have brought in a photo I want my hair to look like, she advises me whether that cut will work for me or why not. I have always left looking (hair wise) exactly like the picture. She’s also a color expert and has done beautiful color on me from red to highlighted blonde. I’ve had color and cuts from the other stylists there too and have been happy with the results. It’s a nice and relaxing atmosphere and the lovely coffee or tea they offer makes my experience a pleasant treat.

It was my first time visit, Allison made me feel welcomed and felt like I’ve known her for a long time. She did a great job 👌🏼. Later at home my husband said “ did you have that much hair “? 😊👩🏻‍🦱♥️

I have lived in New York, Philadelphia and Seattle, and the quality of cut and color I get from Chelby are the quality of what I've gotten in big cities, with a friendly Whidbey Island feel. She is my go to for highlights, and I always leave feeling like the best version of myself. You can tell the studio thinks of themselves as family and their love and passion shines brightly. I am so glad I found my hair home here!

I've never written a review before, but I wanted to after my visit here an hour or so ago. Kayla (I hope I'm spelling that right) did a really awesome job cutting my hair, and I felt that she put in a lot of care and effort into it too. The staff was friendly to me, and the atmosphere was calm. I've been here maybe 4 or 5 times or something like that over the years, and I've always had a good experience. When I'm on the island again in the future, I will come here for a haircut. Thanks, guys. May you have continued success in your business (because you're a good one).
