Had appointment for hair cut and color/ touch up on highlights and what I received was barely a trim and toner application. The stylist acted like she had never done hair before, especially when I specifically requested someone with expensive. Secondly stylist was wearing inappropriate attire for salon, workout clothes-sports bra and leggings. Very unprofessional. I was looking forward to a refresh of hair, instead I left salon with huge disappointment. So I had to go home and style my hair before finishing my errands. Let's just say I will NEVER return to this salon. Booked appointment elsewhere for future . Thanks Dissappointed me. First time getting my brows tinted and I was so nervous, but Mara did an incredible job! She made me feel comfortable and my brows look perfect. Couldn’t be happier—highly recommend!

I had my extensions done today by Aubrey!!! I can’t say enough good things about her. Very professional, very nice and it was quicker than I expected!! I haven’t had my hair colored in months and thee extensions matched perfectly! Thank you Aubrey!

I got my second brazillian from Mara and it was a great experience! She educated me throughout and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Always get the best results with her too, thanks Mara!

Policy needs changed! I want to point out that I had no issues with the stylist work. She did a good job cutting my hair and was friendly so I wont give her name. My issue is that I needed to reschedule due to wakeing with a very sore throat. I was told I would be charged 50% that was their policy. Well I was never told of this policy prior. I have heard of Doctors offices doing this after several times of no shows but not hair stylist. I dont like when people expose me to illness and wouldn't do it to someone else. I also wanted to reschedule to make sure we had enough time to tint my eyebrows and do a consultation for all over color, possibly getting it done at that time if able. I appreciate hair stylist and value their time always tipping at least 20percent. This policy is a bit much a
