My stylist made me feel so comfortable here and she was so sweet! I’m definitely coming back!

I would normally give a 5 star rating. My hair stylist was out sick, I called and asked since my stylist was out is there someone there that is good with color. I asked for a halo of blonde rest red and showed a picture 95% of my hair is platinum blonde with a strip of red. I was there 6 hours I was done by the end the girl that did it did do her best and was super sweet but when I called to get it fixed they weren’t interested and of course it was a holiday weekend. My hair looks crazy I know they were booked but it would have been an hour fix to add red wash it and I would have left. Now I will be going else where after a few years of coming here.

Over priced for stylist with zero experience. When I called to book for WEDDING makeup i asked if the makeup stylist had an instagram so I could check out her work, or any pictures. She said “no but she’s really good!” That actually would have been an appropriate time to tell someone that is spending 120 dollars on makeup that the “makeup stylist” is still in high school, uses cheap elf products and had no technique for a wedding. She was really sweet and would be great for proms and dances for HALF the price. Granted they got us in within two weeks notice, but there is a reason they have so many open availability. The hair was nothing special, the curls fell out immediately, and she didn’t use any products but at least it was done by an adult.

I had an outstanding experience with Autumn yesterday. I went in with just an appointment for a trim & manicure. When I told her I wished I had scheduled a hair color she did not hesitate to tell me she had plenty of time if I wanted my hair color refreshed. I’m so pleased with the results. My grays are gone & I have a beautiful balayage. My nails look great. As an RV traveler it’s difficult to know what you’re walking into. Thanks Autumn for the awesome afternoon spent with you.
