We made an appointment through the app and I dropped my kid off to get a haircut. I’ve done this many times at other places and it works. Well this place had my kid wait an hour and didn’t even cut his hair. No one acknowledged or asked him anything. There is no counter here. I guess you are supposed to loudly announce yourself??? Crystal was supposed to cut his hair but when I walked in to find out what was up she had been doing a perm the whole time, and still going. Sounds like there was no intent to get to us. Don’t book online. Good luck to you if you do!

My girl Crystal is the shit! Love her as a barber and a person. Worth every cent. In fact I wish I had thr money to go weekly!

I scheduled an 11am appointment through their app. Arrived on time and did not receive a greeting. Waited around for 10 minutes, made eye contact with a few different employees- nothing, no smile, no greeting. Terrible experience.

Clean, professional, I have been using them now a few times and always came out happy. They are all very good and have different approaches to clients haircuts. Tyson is awesome if you are getting men’s haircut you just need to have some cash for him. The ladies are also very good and I would not hesitate to get a haircut from any of them in fact when in a time crunch and I need a haircut that day the ladies take care of me very well too.

I only let Lisa cut my hair, have been going here for years. I have very straight & fine hair, so every cut is seen. She layers it really nicely. She makes you feel welcome. My husband recently tried Tyson, he was super attentive to detail, will come back again & again! There is music playing & this is a comfortable salon. Down the road from Chiawana high school.
