Absolutely the worst perm experience of my life. My head was sore for a week afterward from being manhandled in the sink during the process. The washing/rinsing/neutralizing process was probably the most painful thing I have ever undergone, and just when I thought the worst was over, it was time to remove the rods which proved to be another painful process. After the perm is done, I am asked if I wanted my hair cut. What??? I said to trim the ends and she literally cut two little snips from the back layer. This was after she took a hairbrush and BRUSHED out my perm. Every stylist I have ever been to knows that brushes and perms are enemies. The cherry on top of this torturous experience was being charge $100. I will never be back.
