I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kathy at Studio 5. I went in for a massage just three days after surgery, feeling sore, emotional, and honestly a little overwhelmed. From the moment I arrived, Kathy created such a calm, caring, and safe environment. She was incredibly gentle, attentive to my comfort, and truly in tune with what my body needed. Not only did I leave feeling physically better and more relaxed, but she completely lifted my spirits. I walked in sad and on the verge of tears and walked out feeling lighter, comforted, and genuinely cared for. That kind of compassion is rare and makes all the difference in the healing process.

Kathy was very professional and gave me options on the type of messages to help relieve stress, soreness, etc. The room for the message was very clean and setup to be peaceful. The massage table was very comfortable and warm as well!! You could sit there comfortably and enjoy your massage. Or you could talk to Kathy whatever you prefer and it is what I did. Definitely was what I needed at the time besides the message. I am very grateful I did. And with the two combinations I left feeling great and more relaxed. Thank you so much!

I scheduled a massage with Kathy after sustaining a back injury. I explained to Kathy and she knew exactly what to do to help. Best massage I’ve had! Her studio is very welcoming. The first thing I noticed walking in was how comfortable it felt and the smell— amazing! Definitely recommend Kathy to everyone!

I can’t even describe how talented Kathy is. I have never had a massage, so this whole thing was new to me. I was so hesitant at first to even go. The usual thought of my “body flaws” went away immediately. Kathy’s calming voice and her relaxing demeanor, coupled with a clean, cozy studio that is scented with a delightful aroma created a profound sense of peace for my always racing mind. I still don’t believe she was only using her thumbs because I swear there was like 30 hands massaging me. The release of tension that I felt, was exactly what I have been needing. First time in a very long time I went to bed early, and stayed asleep. Can’t believe I waited this long to get a massage. I will definitely be rescheduling for my next (longer) session.
